The Power of People in an Unpredictable World

The address will explore how the adhesives and sealants industry has continually reinvented itself amid changing technologies, markets, and customer needs. Drawing on examples from across the industry and H.B. Fuller’s nearly 140-year history of reinvention, Celeste will reflect on advances that have transformed the adhesives and sealants industry over the past three decades and why the people behind that transformation will determine what comes next.

At the heart of the address is a simple idea: while adhesives help hold the world together, people are what move it forward. Celeste will share why curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace uncertainty as a catalyst for change remain the industry’s greatest competitive advantage in an increasingly unpredictable world.
