Call for Speakers

Submit your application and speak at the 2026 World Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO. The most important event for the global adhesive and sealant community will gather industry leaders and stakeholders at the Queen Elisabeth II Centre, London, United Kingdom from 16 to 18 September 2026.

Theme of the Conference: ‘Reinventing the Future’

WAC2026 welcomes presentations addressing cross-border industrial initiatives that reinforce the resilience of the global supply chain against an uncertain regulatory landscape and trade dynamics.

The following are focus areas for the WAC2026 breakout sessions programme:

  • Sustainable supply chains, reducing dependence and working around trade barriers
  • Global perspective on industry innovation, sustainable capital investments
  • Raw material development, renewable raw materials and new product applications
  • Resource-efficient technologies, energy and raw material sourcing, trends
  • Ecodesign, material efficiency; innovations supporting durability, repair and recycling; adhesives and sealants as enablers of energy efficiency
  • Product innovation, progress in adhesion science, new chemistry
  • Digital technologies, data exchange throughout the value chain, automation in manufacturing and sales
  • Innovating business processes for a competitive and sustainable growth
  • Downstream user perspective in construction, building, civil engineering, electronics, the medical industry, paper and packaging, transportation, the marine industry, do-it-yourself and retail, footwear and leather, woodworking and joinery, and assembly operations

Abstract Guidelines

This year, selected speakers will be entitled to an exclusive speaker rate of £750 (ex. VAT) to attend the full programme, including social events, of the Conference & EXPO (the speaker registration includes all public events from 16 to 18 September only, excluding membership-only meetings and events by invitation only).

To be considered as a speaker, please fill out the online abstract submission form below by 18 April 2025. You will receive a confirmation email after the submission. Please note that no applications will be accepted by emailing the Conference Secretariat.

    Next steps:

    After the submission deadline, abstracts will be reviewed by our Review Committee for compliance with the selection criteria. The Conference Secretariat will inform each applicant by the end of May 2026 whether or not their abstract has been accepted.

    If their abstract is approved, future breakout speakers will be entitled to an exclusive registration rate of £750 (ex. VAT) to attend the full programme, including social events, of the Conference & EXPO (programme includes all public events from 16 to 18 September only, excluding membership-only meetings and events by invitation only).
